An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Criminal Defence Solicitor to join our client's growing legal practice. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of criminal law with proven experience in defending individuals accused of criminal conduct.
Responsibilities include:- Preparing legal advice and representation for clients in court proceedings.
- Conducting case analysis to determine the best defence.
- Negotiating settlements where appropriate.
- Advising clients on their legal rights in criminal matters, explaining the legal process to them clearly.
- Preparing and presenting robust legal defences for clients in court proceedings.
