Pyramid8 are working with a well-established, training services company that specialise in apprenticeships within early years settings. They were founded over a 15 years ago, and due to business growth, they are now seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to work within their sales team. This organisation is award winning, have an outstanding USP above their competitors, provide a robust marketing process which is rolled out 12 weeks prior to the business development calls. On top of this they provide fantastic benefits which stand out over and above most businesses and this is because they value their employees. The currently have 4 staff who have each been employed within the business for 10 years. If you are a business developer who sees the OTE, which is 100% realistic, over the basic salary and you want to be part of a business that really does care about their employees AND you understand that this is an office based role (no hybrid working) then please read on……. The role is to build relationships and rapport and this will be done by 25 to 30 quality calls per day, as your pipeline builds you will find that most of your talk time will be guiding your customers through the portal to access government funding as this training is 95% funded by the government and it’s a necessity in the early years industry. The calls are following up on warm leads and the customers and potential customers will know of the brand name. This role will be suited to someone who is from a business development background and/or account management, someone who is confident, friendly and has a lovely telephone manner and good customer service skills. Experience within an educational/training setting is favourable. In return, you will receive 25 days + bank holidays, with an additional holiday day per year of service up to a maximum of 28 days. You will receive an addition holiday day for your birthday and also one for Christmas shopping day. You will receive service & performance rewards, and incentive schemes. Help towards your home utility costs and monitory savings on eye tests. Free parking. The company provide excellent learning & development opportunities. Working hours are Monday to Thursday 9am – 5pm, Friday 9am until 4pm. Salary of Β£23K – Β£25K basic dependant on experience with a realistic OTE of Β£45K, with uncapped commission
