We are looking for an experienced, commercially focused Marketing Manager to take ownership of the marketing strategy across a diverse, multi-faceted business encompassing events, hospitality, retail and customer experiences. This is a hands-on role where you will develop and execute marketing strategies that directly drive revenue, increase sales conversions and deliver sustainable business growth. You will be responsible for increasing event attendance, growing the customer base and maximising engagement, while continually identifying new ways to improve efficiency, consistency and overall commercial performance. The key objective is: measure the impact of marketing activity, identify opportunities to improve, and ensure every campaign and investment ultimately delivers more customers, greater engagement and increased revenue. This role is Monday to Friday on site in Pontefract. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver the overall marketing and customer growth strategy across the business.
