This dynamic, ambitious and innovative signage business, who are one of the UK’s leading specialists in sign making are looking for a Signage Project Manager to join their successful team. They are growth-focused, with a strong team ethos. This is a hybrid role. Working as part of the Signage team, the role of the Project Manager is to take ownership of both small works and larger-scale projects, ensuring they are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. The main duties are the planning and managing all aspects of project delivery, and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders. You will also be identifying additional client needs. The company is ambitious, innovative, and growth-focused, with a strong team ethos. The Project Manager will work closely with senior colleagues, site teams and clients to deliver outstanding results. You will be working within an organisation who are one of the UK’s leading specialists in sign making and vitreous enamel cladding, delivering world-class projects for blue chip and prestigious clients. The role will also include the occasional travel to customer locations which are mainly within an accessible area. Main Responsibilities: * Manage the end-to-end delivery of small works and large-scale installation projects. * Take project briefings directly from clients or company Directors and translate them into actionable project plans * * Oversee scheduling, procurement, risk management, and quality assurance for each project. * Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. * Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing progress updates and resolving issues promptly. * Ensure all works comply with company procedures, safety regulations, and client specifications. * Identify additional client needs and relay potential opportunities to the Project Director. * Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and reporting. * Support the continuous improvement of company processes and systems. * Uphold a professional, positive, and proactive attitude representing the company at all times. Knowledge, Skills & Experience Essential: * Demonstrable ability to manage multiple concurrent projects within budget, quality, and time constraints. * Strong understanding of project planning, resource allocation, and risk management principles. * Strong commercial awareness and ability to track project costs, manage budgets, and support invoicing. * Understanding of site safety requirements and compliance with CDM Regulations. * Experience interpreting and working from technical drawings and specifications. * Ability to lead site teams, contractors, and suppliers to deliver projects to agreed standards. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — capable of engaging confidently with clients, consultants, and senior managers. * Proven record of maintaining strong relationships and resolving on-site or project issues effectively. * Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other project management tools or CRM systems. * Ability to ensure work is carried out to a high standard with good accuracy and attention to detail. * Ability to ensure that Health, Safety and Quality standards are maintained. Desirable: * Full driving licence to attend customer sites. * Proven experience managing construction, installation, or fit-out projects from concept through to completion. * Knowledge of the signage, cladding, architectural finishes, or construction sectors, ideally with exposure to infrastructure or transport environments.
