The predicted salary is between 24000 - 30000 £ per year.
Responsibilities
- Carry out scheduled cleaning of ATM units across assigned locations.
- Clean all external ATM surfaces including screens, keypads, fascia and cash dispensing areas.
- Ensure hygiene of high‑touch points to reduce contamination risk.
- Clean surrounding areas including floors, signage and enclosures where required.
- Use approved cleaning materials and methods to avoid damage to sensitive equipment.
- Follow cleaning schedules, route plans and service‑level agreements (SLAs).
- Record completed cleans accurately using handheld devices.
- Identify and report any visible damage, faults, vandalism or security concerns.
- Ensure sites are left clean, safe and presentable for customer use.
- Maintain company vehicle, stock and cleaning materials in an organised manner.
- Comply with all health & safety, lone working and site‑specific requirements.
- Handle customers in a professional manner during difficult high‑pressure situations.
- Communicate with all Cennox personnel involved with the accounts to ensure associates understand the level of service performance to which we have committed.
- Attend training classes to ensure fulfilment of Service Levels.
- Work well independently and in a team situation.
- Make recommendations for improving our service, reliability and performance.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in cleaning, field‑based roles or facilities services (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation standards.
- Ability to work independently while following structured routes and schedules.
- Comfortable working outdoors and travelling between multiple locations.
- Basic IT skills for reporting via mobile devices.
- Good awareness of safety and public‑facing environments.
- A flexible approach to work and a willingness to learn new skills.

Working Conditions
- Hours of work are 9 hour shifts with an hour for lunch between 8:30am and 5:30pm.
- Full UK Valid Driving License is essential.
