Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our clients dynamic team.

In this role, you will be the frontline representative responsible for delivering exceptional service to their prestigious customers, ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via phone and email to address inquiries, provide service information, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Utilise the inhouse operations system to provide quotes, manage bookings and to support invoice processing.
  • Provide track and trace information data to clients on request.
  • Contribute to team goals by participating in training sessions, sharing best practices, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support and build strong relationships with our clients customer base.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role is preferred from any industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with a positive attitude towards resolving customer concerns.
  • IT proficiency in Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Polite and professional telephone manner.
