We are currently recruiting for a Transport Administrator / Clerk to join a growing transport operation based in Addlestone. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in a transport or logistics environment, who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team. Key Responsibilities: • Supporting day-to-day transport operations and ensuring smooth dispatch and delivery processes • Booking deliveries and collections, and maintaining accurate records • Communicating with drivers, customers and other depots to manage schedules and resolve issues • Processing paperwork including PODs, manifests, and compliance documentation • Assisting with planning routes and allocating work to drivers • Using transport management systems (TMS) to log and update information Ideal Candidate Will Have: • Previous experience in a transport admin or logistics clerical role • Excellent communication and organisational skills • Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and transport software • Attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in What We Offer: • A stable, full-time position within a well-established company • Friendly working environment with supportive team culture • Opportunity to develop within the business • On-site parking and accessible location
