Pyramid Recruitment are looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of high-impact products within the payments and fraud space, for one of our Fintech clients. You’ll play a central role in shaping the roadmap, aligning with business strategy, and bringing scalable, customer-driven solutions to market.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the full lifecycle of your products, from concept to delivery and beyond
  • Translate business goals into product strategy and an actionable roadmap
  • Act as the key liaison between development, commercial, and customer-facing teams
  • Understand and represent user needs through research and stakeholder engagement
  • Deliver insights to support go-to-market plans and strategic decisions
  • Ensure products remain competitive, relevant, and aligned to business priorities
  • Support internal teams with product knowledge, positioning, and context
  • Contribute to a positive team culture of feedback, learning, and accountability

What You’ll Need

  • ~5+ years' experience in product management, with strong lifecycle ownership
  • ~10+ years payments industry experience (issuing, acquiring, transaction processing)
  • Experience with fraud prevention tools, case management, or risk analytics
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail in data and documentation
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and communicate complex ideas simply
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments
  • Familiarity with agile tools and frameworks at scale

Nice to Have

  • Experience in issuer or merchant fraud operations, strategy, or investigations
  • Exposure to global payment systems or real-time fraud detection
