Pyramid Recruitment are looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of high-impact products within the payments and fraud space, for one of our Fintech clients. You’ll play a central role in shaping the roadmap, aligning with business strategy, and bringing scalable, customer-driven solutions to market.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the full lifecycle of your products, from concept to delivery and beyond
- Translate business goals into product strategy and an actionable roadmap
- Act as the key liaison between development, commercial, and customer-facing teams
- Understand and represent user needs through research and stakeholder engagement
- Deliver insights to support go-to-market plans and strategic decisions
- Ensure products remain competitive, relevant, and aligned to business priorities
- Support internal teams with product knowledge, positioning, and context
- Contribute to a positive team culture of feedback, learning, and accountability
What You’ll Need
- ~5+ years' experience in product management, with strong lifecycle ownership
- ~10+ years payments industry experience (issuing, acquiring, transaction processing)
- Experience with fraud prevention tools, case management, or risk analytics
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail in data and documentation
- Ability to prioritise effectively and communicate complex ideas simply
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments
- Familiarity with agile tools and frameworks at scale
Nice to Have
- Experience in issuer or merchant fraud operations, strategy, or investigations
