Plumber Required Location: London N21 1ES Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber for a site in Enfield. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction plumbing and possess the ability to work independently on various plumbing projects. This role requires expertise in reading blueprints, performing installations, and conducting repairs while ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. Duties * Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. * Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine plumbing layouts. * Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks. * Perform pipe threading, welding, and assembly of plumbing fixtures. * Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues or necessary repairs. * Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site to ensure timely project completion. * Execute heavy lifting tasks as required for the installation of plumbing components. * Apply basic math skills for measurements and calculations during installations. * Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
