We are looking for a motivated Air Conditioning Improver to join our growing team, working across Essex and London. This role is ideal for someone at the early stages of their HVAC career who is keen to develop hands-on experience while working alongside experienced engineers. Fresh college graduates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting qualified engineers with the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems
- Carrying out basic fault-finding under supervision
- Supporting servicing and preventative maintenance visits
- Handling tools, equipment, and materials safely
- Ensuring work is completed in line with health & safety regulations
- Maintaining a professional attitude on customer sites
- Completing basic job paperwork and reports when required
Requirements
- F-Gas Certification (Essential)
- Basic understanding of air conditioning or HVAC systems
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
- Ability to travel across Essex and London
- Good timekeeping and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work well as part of a team

- College qualification in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, or HVAC
