We are seeking skilled Carpenters for a site near Englefield Green. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various carpentry techniques and be proficient in using both hand and power tools.
Duties
- Construct, install timber framing and composite boarding.
- Perform joinery tasks to create strong connections between wooden components.
- Fabricate custom pieces based on project specifications.
- Operate hand tools such as chisels, saws, hammers, and drills with precision.
- Utilise power tools safely and effectively for various carpentry tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques including joinery and fabrication.
- Proficient in using both hand tools and power tools safely.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
