- Identify building defects, risks, and remedial actions
- Produce clear technical reports and maintain records on SharePoint
- Work closely with contract managers, operatives, and clients
- Act as a key contact for tenants and stakeholders on technical matters
About You
- Proven experience working in social housing
- Previous experience in surveying within housing, maintenance, or construction
- Knowledge of retrofit works and planned maintenance
- Full UK driving licence
