📝 Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Windows Migration Engineer with strong hands-on experience supporting enterprise-level Windows OS migrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for on-site support across multiple locations, ensuring smooth and successful Windows 11 deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end Windows OS migration activities
• Troubleshoot migration failures and post-migration issues
• Re-initiate Windows migration using provided USB tools
• Provide on-site user assistance for Windows 11-related queries
• Perform Windows 11 deployments in compliance with project standards
• Utilize SCCM for deployment-related tasks and basic troubleshooting

✅ Experience Required

• 1.5–2 years hands-on experience with Windows 11 migration
• Practical knowledge of Windows 11 deployment processes
• Basic understanding & usage of SCCM
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-support skills
