We are seeking an experienced Oracle WMS Consultant with strong exposure to Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) in complex enterprise environments.
Role Overview
The Oracle WMS Consultant will work closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Inventory, and Logistics teams to optimize warehouse operations, ensure seamless system integration, and deliver end-to-end Oracle WMS solutions aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Oracle WMS solutions based on business requirements
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Inventory, and Logistics teams
- Support end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and rollout of Oracle WMS modules
- Analyze business requirements and deliver functional/technical solutions
- Integrate Oracle WMS with Oracle Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory, and Order Management modules
- Troubleshoot and resolve warehouse and manufacturing system issues
- Participate in SIT, UAT, and production support activities
- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and user training materials
- Work with cross-functional and offshore teams for successful delivery
Required Skills & Experience
- ~5+ years of experience in Oracle WMS implementation and support
- ~Strong knowledge of Manufacturing processes and Oracle modules
- ~Experience in Inventory, Shipping, Receiving, and Warehouse Operations
- ~Hands-on experience in Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion environments
- ~Experience in system integrations, reporting, and issue troubleshooting
- ~Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- ~Ability to work in Agile or project-driven environments
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules
- Knowledge of barcode/RF scanning and warehouse automation solutions
- Basic knowledge of SQL and reporting tools
- Experience in global rollout or multi-region support projects
Experience Required
Minimum 5+ years of Oracle WMS experience. Manufacturing domain experience is mandatory.
