Job Requirement:
- M365 Core Skills β 35 points:
- In-depth knowledge of Exchange Online / O365.
- Experience managing Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
- Experience troubleshooting mail flow, message tracing.
- Experience with M365 Security & Compliance (DLP, Conditional Access, governance).
- Experience with Intune MDM/MAM (device compliance, app protection).
- Experience with PowerShell scripting (automation, user provisioning, reporting).
- Experience with Graph API (preferred, not mandatory).
- Azure AD administration (users, groups, roles).
- Experience with SSO, ADFS.
- MFA, Conditional Access policies.
- Hybrid identity experience (Azure AD Connect, Sync).
Role Background & Experience Fit Requirement:
- Previous role focused on M365/Collaboration (NOT general IT support/helpdesk).
- Experience supporting enterprise-level or multi-tenant environments.
- Experience working in environments with security, governance, compliance needs.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Exchange on-prem administration (optional but useful).
- Knowledge of email gateways (Proofpoint, IronPort, EOP).
