π About the Role
- Provide first-line IT support across assigned office locations
- Log, manage, and resolve incidents via a centralised service desk platform
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Support Windows OS, Office 365, AV setups, and virtual environments
- Maintain and administer Active Directory and Windows Server environments
- Escalate issues in line with SLAs and security policies
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely ticket resolution
Qualifications
- β Strong written and verbal communication skills
- β Ability to adapt support based on the userβs technical level
- β Experience in a professional services environment
- β Good problem-solving and diagnostic capability
- β Working knowledge of:
- Microsoft Office 365
- β Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
