⏰ Working Hours:

  • 07:00 – 15:30
  • 08:30 – 17:00
  • 10:30 – 19:00

πŸ‘‡ About the Role

  • Provide first-line IT support across assigned office locations
  • Log, manage, and resolve incidents via a centralised service desk platform
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Support Windows OS, Office 365, AV setups, and virtual environments
  • Maintain and administer Active Directory and Windows Server environments
  • Escalate issues in line with SLAs and security policies
  • Ensure excellent customer service and timely ticket resolution

Qualifications

  • βœ” Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • βœ” Ability to adapt support based on the user’s technical level
  • βœ” Experience in a professional services environment
  • βœ” Good problem-solving and diagnostic capability
  • βœ” Working knowledge of:
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • βœ” Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
