🔹 Hiring: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Contract – 1 Year)

📍 Location: Remote (Candidate must be based in UK or EU)

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong hands-on expertise and end-to-end implementation experience.

Required Skills & Experience

✔ Minimum 5+ years of dedicated SuccessFactors experience (SF only — not mixed platforms)

✔ Strong Business-to-Configuration (BTC) background with the ability to translate business needs into scalable SF solutions

✔ Deep expertise in workflows, business rules, data models, RBP, permissions, and full configuration

✔ Active SAP SuccessFactors certifications — EC is mandatory; additional module certifications are a plus

✔ Strong integration knowledge across Integration Center, APIs, CPI/Boomi, and data migration
