Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments (2016/2022). Oversee Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related core services. Assist with AWS administration, including EC2, IAM, S3, VPC, and monitoring. Participate in patching, updates, and system hardening to meet security standards. Use ServiceNow for incident, problem, and change management workflows. Create and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and configurations. Collaborate with security, networking, and application teams to resolve issues and deliver improvements. Contribute to automation efforts using PowerShell and Ansible. Monitor system performance and proactively address capacity or reliability concerns.
