Role: SIAM for a Service Design work on End user Compute Hybrid with 3 days onsite, Location Solihull, Birmingham
Key Responsibilities:
- The role requirement is someone who can review, document and define a Service Design.
- Develop and document end‑to‑end service designs for EUC offerings (devices, OS, application delivery, collaboration tools, endpoint management, mobility).
- Define service models, SLAs, KPIs, and operational workflows for seamless service delivery.
- Assess current EUC services and recommend improvements, automation, and modernization initiatives.
- Collaborate with architecture, engineering, security, and service delivery teams to ensure designs are feasible, secure, and cost‑effective.
- Produce service design documentation (service catalog entries, process maps, support models).
- Support transitions of new or improved EUC services into BAU operations.
- Ensure alignment with ITIL best practices and enterprise governance standards.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong knowledge of EUC technologies such as Windows 10/11, M365, Intune/Endpoint Manager, VDI/DaaS, device lifecycle management.
- Experience designing IT services using ITIL frameworks.
- Ability to create clear service documentation and process definitions.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Understanding of security, compliance, and governance requirements for EUC environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ITIL v4 Foundation or higher.
- Experience in large enterprise or managed services environments.
