Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service flow..
- Supervise, train, and motivate the front-of-house team, including waiters and bartenders, to maintain high standards of performance and guest satisfaction..
- Ensure excellent customer service, proactively addressing guest needs and resolving any issues with professionalism..
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting..
- Maintain adherence to all health, safety, and licensing regulations within the restaurant..
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service..
- Monitor stock levels for front-of-house supplies and assist with inventory management..
- Contribute to creating a positive, efficient, and welcoming work environment for both staff and guests.. .
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a busy restaurant or hospitality setting..
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team..

- Capability to work efficiently and maintain composure under pressure in a fast-paced environment..
