PYRA Construction are looking for an experienced Domestic Plumber for an ongoing residential contract covering properties across the Hackney and Tottenham areas of London.

Position: Domestic Plumber

Location: Hackney / Tottenham

Rate: Negotiable, dependent on experience

Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm

Start: ASAP

Duration: Ongoing work with the potential for a permanent opportunity

The Work

  • Carrying out a variety of domestic plumbing works within residential properties, including:
    • General plumbing installations and repairs
    • Maintenance and reactive plumbing works
    • Installation and replacement of taps, toilets, sinks and sanitaryware
    • Pipework repairs and alterations
    • Installation and replacement of radiators
    • Identifying and repairing leaks
    • Waste and drainage pipework
    • Bathroom and kitchen plumbing
    • Fault finding and general plumbing maintenance
    • Making good and completing works to a high standard within occupied and void properties

Requirements

  • Valid JIB Card
  • Strong domestic/residential plumbing experience
  • Own tools
  • Good fault-finding and problem-solving ability
  • Able to work independently within residential properties
  • Reliable and professional when dealing with residents
  • Available to start ASAP

This is a great opportunity for long-term, ongoing work, with the potential to move into a permanent position for the right person.
