We are looking for an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead the boutique, internationally recognised for its innovative and stylish footwear – renowned for signature, comfort, creativity, and distinctive design. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and inspire the store team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Achieve and exceed KPIs and sales targets, taking proactive measures when performance requires adjustment.
- Personally engage in sales on the shop floor, delivering outstanding service and developing long-term client relationships.
