Pyou UK - International Recruitment Agency is looking for a Concession Manager on behalf of our client, an Italian Luxury Menswear Brand.
Location: Edinburgh (Harvey Nichols)
Responsibilities:
- Commercial management and animation: You will be expected to participate in the development of sales and the achievement of monthly objectives through the analysis and development of key commercial indicators. Guide your sales team daily around quantitative and qualitative objectives and put in place action plans consistent with the expected objectives. Manage the organization of the team in the sales area and ensure that customer service is optimal. Analyse your results, build an action plan, and use necessary reporting tools. Plan your organization taking into account high and low activity periods and productivity requirements.
- Merchandising: Ensure visual merchandising is adhered to and the store is running smoothly (cleaning, maintenance, stocking, etc.). You follow the performance of the VM, to best adapt it to your business needs. You are proactive and proposal force regarding changes to your layout and windows and communicate with the VM manager to inform her of your needs.
Requirements:
- You have experience as a store manager of at least 1 year;
- You demonstrate a strong sales temperament and have excellent customer service sense;
- You are able to supervise and energize a team;
- You enjoy challenges;
- Additional languages are a bonus, i.e. Italian.
