Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in the daily management of the store, ensuring sales targets and KPIs are achieved and exceeded.
  • Actively sell on the shop floor, delivering an outstanding customer experience and building long-term client relationships.
  • Monitor store performance and assist in implementing action plans to improve results when necessary.
  • Support the training, motivation, and development of the store team, maintaining high standards of service and product knowledge.
  • Ensure excellent visual merchandising and operational standards, consistently reflecting the brand’s identity.
  • Assist with day-to-day store operations, including stock management, reporting, and coordination with Head Office.
  • Take responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager.

Candidate Profile

  • Previous retail experience, ideally within the premium or luxury retail sector.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous supervisory or team-leading experience (e.g. Senior Sales Assistant or Keyholder) is highly desirable.
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable taking responsibility.
  • A hands-on, positive, and customer-focused approach.
