Responsibilities include:
- Choosing KPIs in collaboration with other departments.
- Developing creative strategies to grow these KPIs.
- Conducting A/B testing of ideas.
- Analyzing data and user feedback.
- Collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Management teams to optimize the product and marketing efforts.
- Driving traffic to websites, landing pages, social media, and apps.
- Applying CRO principles and hacks to improve business performance.
- Working within a lean startup framework.
- Utilizing the AARRR metrics (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue).
- Prioritizing and optimizing growth channels.
- Scaling and automating growth processes.
- Implementing referral marketing strategies for viral growth.
Requirements:
