Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out advanced diagnostics, servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and manufacturer compliance. As a senior member of the workshop, you will play a key role in maintaining productivity, supporting less experienced technicians, and helping to deliver an exceptional customer experience through first-time repair accuracy and technical excellence. Key Responsibilities: Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance, repairs, and inspections to manufacturer and company standards. Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults using modern diagnostic equipment. Conduct comprehensive vehicle health checks and identify potential defects or safety concerns. Complete high-quality repairs to ensure vehicles are prepared to retail-ready standards. Install accessories, upgrades, and additional vehicle components as required. Road test vehicles where necessary to confirm repairs and diagnose issues. Accurately record all work completed, parts used, and diagnostic findings.
