Salary: £33,000 basic + company car + uncapped commission (OTE £100,000+)

Full Time and Permanent - Monday to Friday (no weekends!)

The Company

Our client is one of Europe’s leading commercial vehicle manufacturers, renowned for quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a driven and ambitious Used Van Sales Executive to join their team in Swindon.

The Role

This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of the used van sales operation within the business. As the sole person responsible, you will have significant autonomy and a strong opportunity to maximise your earnings through an uncapped commission structure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and selling used vans acquired through trade-ins
  • Sourcing additional used vans to expand available stock
  • Building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service
  • Working towards and exceeding sales targets
  • Promoting finance packages and aftersales products
  • Maintaining high standards of vehicle presentation

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in commercial vehicle sales (ideally vans)
  • A proven track record in a target-driven sales environment
  • Trader or sourcing experience (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A strong entrepreneurial mindset
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Residence within 45 minutes of Swindon
