Role Overview The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the Bodyshop operation, ensuring customer service agreements and business objectives are achieved whilst maintaining profitability, efficiency, and high-quality repair standards. Establish and maintain effective workflow and capacity planning within the Bodyshop. Ensure workshop loading systems are managed efficiently, meeting all operational targets and deadlines. Manage daily production coordination and performance. Monitor and review key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying and addressing any areas of underperformance. Manage customer complaints from initial contact through to resolution, conducting root cause analysis where required. Promote effective communication across all departments, driving engagement and accountability. Conduct regular performance reviews, monitor objectives, and identify training and development needs. Lead recruitment activities in partnership with HR and senior management. Drive employee engagement, retention, and recognition initiatives. Support apprentice development and monitor training progress. Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety regulations and audit requirements.
