This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader with a proven background in Service and Parts operations within a franchised dealer environment. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the Aftersales department, driving performance, profitability, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

  • Lead, motivate, and develop Service and Parts teams to achieve departmental and business objectives.
  • Create, manage, and control service and parts budgets, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Oversee workshop operations to maximise efficiency, productivity, and quality standards.
  • Ensure all warranty processes are compliant, with claims processed and recovered efficiently.
  • Handle customer complaints promptly, delivering fair and effective resolutions.
  • Identify training requirements and support ongoing development across the department.
  • Work closely with the General Manager to support long-term Aftersales strategy and profitability.
