The Role:
As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between customers and the workshop team. You’ll ensure that every customer receives an exceptional service experience from booking to collection. No previous automotive experience? No problem. If you’re customer‑focused, proactive and enjoy a varied day, full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Booking customer vehicle service appointments via phone and email
- Providing clear advice on recommended repairs and additional work
- Acting as the main point of contact throughout the customer’s visit
- Updating customers on progress and discussing repair findings
- Creating accurate invoices and explaining completed work
- Proactively rebooking customers for future servicing or maintenance
About You
To be successful, you’ll bring:
- Strong customer service and upselling skills
- Confidence communicating with a wide range of customers
- The ability to manage your own workload and deadlines
- A positive, proactive attitude to delivering great service
Automotive experience is helpful but not essential — full training is available.
