Salary: Up to £45,000 basic + monthly bonus (up to £900) + Annual Performance Bonus

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Support Assistant to join a fast-growing automotive business. Our client represents a globally recognised motor brand, offering innovative vehicles and strong growth across international markets.

The Role

This is a key position within the sales function, focused on reporting, data analysis, and operational support. You will work closely with dealerships, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth processes and accurate sales reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
  • Analyse industry data using SMMT and Insight tools
  • Support pricing strategies and campaign activity
  • Coordinate communication between customers, dealers, and internal teams
  • Manage inbound enquiries via phone and email
  • Maintain CRM systems, including pricing and discount structures
  • Support fleet and Motability operations
  • Assist with marketing events and sales support initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in automotive, leasing, or sales support (preferred)
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills (essential)
  • Experience in fleet or retail administration
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Team player with a proactive approach
