Role Overview:

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and motivating the sales team, driving growth and profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with the dealership management team to develop and execute sales strategies while maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion core competencies, policies, and procedures in all interactions.
  • Oversee profit and loss for the Sales department, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Lead, manage, and train the sales team, providing guidance and performance feedback.
