About the Role

Our client in North Shields is looking for a skilled Alloy Wheel Technician to join their growing Accident Repair Centre team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a professional environment, specialising in high-quality cosmetic repairs and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Repair standard and diamond-cut alloy wheels to a high standard
  • Operate mobile diamond cut (D/Cut) lathe equipment
  • Prepare, refurbish, and refinish alloy wheels
  • Accurately colour match alloy wheel finishes
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with manufacturer and company standards
  • Communicate effectively with customers to confirm repair requirements and costs
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment

About You

  • Previous experience in alloy wheel repair or a similar role
  • Tyre fitters looking to progress are encouraged to apply
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence with a good driving record
