Salary: Up to £36,000 (depending on experience and qualifications) + £6,600 Annual Bonus
Working Hours: 40 hrs Monday to Friday – 8.30am -5.00pm; Saturday’s 1 in 3 – 8:30am to 12.30pm
Our client is an automotive retailer representing a number of car brands throughout the UK and who are currently recruiting an experienced Motor Vehicle Technician for their Newtownards dealership.
Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair work to brand standards
- Diagnose and resolve a range of mechanical and electrical faults
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and right first time
- Prepare and quality-check vehicles prior to customer handover
- Maintain high levels of workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction
Skills and experience required
- NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Repair or equivalent
- Strong mechanical skills
- Confident using modern diagnostic tools and equipment
- A proactive approach to learning and development
- Full, clean driving licence
