Our client is an independent car dealer group which operates a network of dealerships around the UK. They are looking for a Used Car Sales Manager to join them at their Aberdeen dealership.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the overall performance of the Used Car Sales department, driving revenue growth and delivering the best in customer service.
- Meet and exceed sales targets on Used Car sales.
- Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and communicate this appropriately with customers, maximising opportunities for value-added sales.
- Grow and develop a Sales team and help the sales team maximise profitability on all used vehicles.
- Provide a customer-focussed approach to help as many people enjoy the company motoring experience as much as possible.
- Anticipate and identify customer needs, and meet and exceed them by relationship building, taking responsibility for resolving customer issues and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Proven track record in high value sales environments and a history of meeting your own sales targets, ideally within a Used Car environment.
- Experience of managing a sales team to meet and exceed objectives.
- Full and Valid UK driving licence.
