About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead a high-performing new car sales team within a fast-paced, premium retail environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven automotive Sales Manager to take ownership of performance, develop a successful team, and deliver a first-class customer experience. You’ll be working within a well-established business that provides strong operational support, consistent stock availability, and clear processes to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Sales Executives
- Drive sales performance, profitability, and achievement of KPIs
- Manage stock levels, pricing, and margins effectively
- Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and sales processes
- Deliver a professional, customer-first sales experience
- Coach and mentor team members to build capability and confidence
- Work closely with senior leadership on business strategy and performance improvement
