  They are now actively looking to recruit a MET Technician, Stripper / Fitter for their Bodyshop in High Wycombe
  <\/p>

  The role will not only suit a current MET Technician but also a Level 3 qualified Motor Vehicle Technician who is looking for a slight change in role and no weekend working.

  About the Job<\/b>
  <\/p>

  As an experienced MET Technician, you will be responsible for:
  <\/p>

  • Carrying out all necessary mechanical and bodywork on allocated jobs
    <\/li>
  • Dismantling vehicles ready for the panel shop
    <\/li>
  • Carrying out inspections, fault -finding, and diagnostic work
    <\/li>
  • Ordering replacement parts
    <\/li>
  • Re -assembling the vehicle with new parts as required to pre -accident condition
    <\/li><\/ul>

    About You<\/b>
    <\/p>

    You must be able to:
    <\/p>

    • Plan your workload effectively to ensure vehicles are ready to agreed on timescales
      <\/li>
    • Work skillfully and safely under pressure
      <\/li>
    • Carry out work in accordance with manufacturers' specification
      <\/li>
    • Work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative with minimal supervision
      <\/li>
    • Be flexible in your approach
      <\/li>
    • Continually work to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind
      <\/li>
    • You will ensure that all tasks carried out follow our Health and Safety guidelines; for example, wearing all provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and keeping all work areas clean and tidy.
