What you’ll be doing
- Driving performance across all departments to ensure excellent customer service and achievement of financial targets
- Working with Department Managers to create coordinated, detailed annual plans aligned with long-term business goals
- Establishing effective organisational structures and control systems to ensure efficient operations
- Monitoring trends and identifying potential risks, taking timely corrective action
- Responding to competitive market activity to protect and grow the business
- Leading and developing Department Managers and their teams to achieve business objectives
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the automotive sector
- Strong customer focus and commercial awareness
- Demonstrable track record of success
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work to deadlines and perform under pressure
- Full UK driving licence
