We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead a high-performing new car sales team within a fast-paced, premium retail environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven automotive Sales Manager to take ownership of performance, develop a successful team, and deliver a first-class customer experience. You’ll be working within a well-established business that provides strong operational support, consistent stock availability, and clear processes to help you succeed.

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Sales Executives
  • Drive sales performance, profitability, and achievement of KPIs
  • Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and sales processes
  • Deliver a professional, customer-first sales experience
  • Work closely with senior leadership on business strategy and performance improvement

Proven experience in an automotive Sales Manager role is required, along with commercial awareness and the ability to drive profitability. A full UK driving licence is also necessary.
