As a Vehicle Spray Painter/Prepper, your main responsibility will be to efficiently prepare, spray, and finish vehicles, ensuring accurate colour matching and meeting the Company and customer's expected standards.
Main Tasks:
- Understand spray painting technology, paint composition, and various methods of paint spraying.
- Stay updated with product developments and attend relevant training courses.
- Perform vehicle preparation work, including masking, sanding, and other necessary tasks, before painting.
- Achieve the required finish and standard in spray painting, always prioritizing customer care and satisfaction. Roll Priming experience is advantageous.
- Use prescribed safety equipment and clothing, attend Company arranged medicals, and follow guidance provided by medical professionals. Report any health or vision deterioration to your manager promptly.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring Company tools and equipment are in good condition to minimize fire hazards.
- Adhere to all housekeeping, health, and safety regulations applicable to your position and working environment.
Requirements:
- Preferably with ATA / Level 3 Qualified but not mandatory.
- 3 years’ experience required.
