Salary: Up to £40,000 Basic + Bonus

Role is working Monday to Friday and normal daytime hours (no weekends).

They are now looking for a Vehicle Paint Prepper for their Accident Repair / Bodyshop in Leicester.

About the Job

As a Vehicle Paint Prepper you will be responsible for:

What you’ll be doing:

  • Preparing vehicles for paintwork, including sanding, masking, priming, and panel preparation.
  • Ensuring high standards of finish and accuracy in every repair.
  • Working efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
  • Collaborating with the wider workshop team to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Prep Technician in a bodyshop or accident repair environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work.
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently.
  • A strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to delivering excellence.
