What you’ll do day to day:
- Drive performance across all departments, ensuring exceptional customer service and achievement of financial targets
- Work with Department Managers to develop detailed annual business plans aligned to long-term goals
- Establish and maintain effective operational structures and control systems
- Monitor business performance, identifying trends and taking corrective action where required
- Identify competitive opportunities and threats to ensure continued profitability
- Lead, motivate and develop Department Managers and their teams to consistently deliver business objectives
Helpful skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the automotive sector
- Strong commercial awareness and a track record of delivering results
- Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused approach
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Full UK driving licence
