Our client, one of the UK’s leading dealer groups, is seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join their established Bodyshop team in Hartlepool. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well-equipped facility that focuses on high repair standards and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Repair and reshape vehicle panels to remove dents and accident damage
- Replace or repair damaged structural components to manufacturer specifications
- Align, fit, and finish vehicle panels to OEM standards
- Work efficiently to meet Thatcham repair times and productivity targets
- Adhere to all company health & safety regulations, including PPE use
- Complete all work in line with BSI 10125 Kitemark requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Previous experience in panel beating within a professional automotive Bodyshop
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards
- Confident working independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
