We are now looking for a skilled Vehicle Painter to join the team in Harrow. This role suits someone with at least 3 years’ vehicle painting experience who can consistently deliver the highest quality finishes in a modern, fast‑paced, and clean working environment.
The Role
As a Vehicle Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, priming, painting, and finishing vehicles to insurer and manufacturer standards. You will work closely with colleagues as part of a collaborative team, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Paint vehicles to a high standard, ensuring timely completion
- Carry out preparation work including priming and masking
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of paint processes and techniques
- Accurately colour‑match painted panels to original vehicle finishes
- Apply the correct amount of paint to achieve optimal results
- Inspect completed paintwork and polish or rectify as required
- Use RPE and PPE correctly and in line with safety requirements
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace
- Work effectively as part of a team in a high‑pressure environment
