Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect damaged vehicles and assess the full scope of repair requirements
  • Produce accurate repair estimates using Audatex (certification essential)
  • Liaise with customers, insurers, engineers, and internal teams to agree repair methods and costs
  • Identify safe, compliant, and cost‑effective repair solutions
  • Maintain accurate job files, documentation, and system records
