We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with strong experience across PPC, SEO and Paid Social to join our marketing team. This part-time role involves managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and Reddit Ads, as well as supporting SEO performance through technical audits, on-page optimisation and data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of experience in a similar digital marketing role, with proven ability to deliver strong campaign results and actionable performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Paid Search (PPC)
- Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display and Performance Max.
- Conduct keyword research and refine targeting and bidding strategies.
- Test and improve ad copy and landing pages.
- Monitor campaign budgets and performance.
- Paid Social
- Build and manage campaigns across Facebook and Instagram using Meta Ads Manager.
- Leverage retargeting and lookalike audiences to meet campaign goals.
- Run A/B tests to refine messaging and creative.
- Support additional paid activity on Reddit Ads and other platforms where required.
- SEO
- Support SEO activity aligned to organisational goals.
- Carry out technical SEO audits and recommend improvements.
- Optimise metadata, internal linking and on-page content.
- Assist with keyword planning and competitor analysis.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Create performance dashboards and reports using GA4 and Looker Studio.
- Track conversions and user behaviour across digital channels.
- Analyse results to identify opportunities and performance issues.
- Present insights to stakeholders in a clear, actionable format.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in PPC, SEO and/or Paid Social within a digital marketing role.
- Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Familiarity with Reddit Ads or willingness to learn.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and website optimisation.
- Confident using GA4, Looker Studio and Google Tag Manager.
- Google Analytics (GA4) training or certification is desired.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience within the education sector is useful but not essential.
