This high‑profile leadership role offers the chance to shape and grow the used car business to over 250 units per month across VW, Skoda, SEAT, and CUPRA brands. You will join a dynamic and ambitious team, driving strategy, commercial performance, and operational excellence across all areas of the used car department. Key Responsibilities:- Reporting directly to the Franchise Manager, being part of a strong leadership team responsible for setting and driving the direction and strategy for Used Car Sales.
- Full accountability for the used car Profit and Loss performance.
- Leading the monitoring and delivery of all operational used car commercial objectives, policies, and standards, with a focus on improving sales volume.
- Involvement in lead management, stock, purchasing, pricing, marketing, and vehicle presentation, driving the professionalism and performance of the department.
