Salary: £30,000 - £33,000

Full Time and Permanent – Monday – Friday 8.00am - 5.30pm – 42.5 hours a week some weekend work

They are now actively looking to recruit a Service Advisor for their garage in Durham.

The Service Advisor will need to be capable of delivering an outstanding experience to the customers with a professional and friendly manner, advising on required repairs and clearly updating the customer throughout.

Our client is ideally looking for someone who has at least 3 years’ experience as a Service Advisor within the Automotive sector.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Packages in particular Excel.
  • Valid driver’s license (preferred).
  • Ability to process information accurately and efficiently.
  • Flexibility.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Previous service advisor experience in the automotive industry.
