Pybus Recruitment is currently recruiting for multiple Desktop Vehicle Damage Assessors / Estimators (VDAs) on behalf of one of the UK’s leading organisations in vehicle testing, inspection, and certification. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team following a major new contract win, with roles offered initially on a self-employed or temporary contract basis, and a strong likelihood of becoming permanent upon successful completion of the trial period.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess vehicle damage remotely using images and supporting information
- Produce accurate and cost-effective repair estimates
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders to manage claims efficiently
- Ensure all work complies with industry standards and company procedures
- Deliver high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator
- Familiar using Audatex or GT Motive
- Background in a bodyshop or accident repair environment
- Strong understanding of repair methods and estimating systems
- Ability to work independently in a home-based setting
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Available for an immediate or short notice start
