This is an exciting opportunity for a fleet professional to take responsibility for the management, compliance, and optimisation of a fleet of more than 550 vehicles, including courtesy cars.
Working within a fast-paced environment, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring vehicles remain safe, compliant, cost-effective, and operationally available to support business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all vehicles are maintained and compliant with fleet, DVSA, and safety regulations.
- Manage the allocation, utilisation, and availability of courtesy vehicles to maximise customer satisfaction and fleet performance.
- Oversee vehicle maintenance, servicing, inspections, MOTs, and driver compliance to ensure the fleet remains safe, legal, and operational.
- Analyse fleet performance, utilisation, maintenance trends, and operating costs, introducing KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives where appropriate.
- Build strong working relationships with operational, claims, regional, and site management teams to support business objectives and vehicle availability.
- Manage supplier relationships, including leasing providers, maintenance partners, and transport contractors, ensuring service excellence and value for money.
- Monitor fleet expenditure and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain accurate fleet records and ensure compliance documentation is up to date.

- CPC Licence.
- Strong knowledge of DVSA regulations and road transport legislation.
- Experience managing a large and varied fleet, including cars and HGVs.
